Here's how the live training program works:
The Live Training + Online Program gives you the state-mandated textbook material plus supplemental* training to prepare you for a successful career in real estate. This 3-month program includes live instruction (Webinar or In-Person) and online coursework for the following REQUIRED COURSES:

FREQUENCY OF TRAINING -- (How many classes are included?)
If you choose weekdays - 2 times a week (6 two-hour sessions a month)
If you choose Saturdays - once a week (3 four-hour sessions a month)
Classes are held for the first 3 weeks of each month, and the 4th week you will have off to take the quizzes and complete the course final exam online.
DURATION OF CLASSES -- (How long do I have access to the classes?)
You will receive 3 consecutive months of training. You will cover 1 course a month. Concurrently, you receive 6 months of online access to the courses to read the e-Books, take chapter quizzes, and pass the course final exams. Keep in mind, the chapter quizzes and course exams are OPEN BOOK!

This training, led by experienced realtors, will help you understand the important vocabulary and concepts from the textbooks, show you how they apply to day-to-day situations as an agent, and get your questions answered while networking with fellow classmates.
What to Expect
In Nevada, you must complete a 120-hour pre-license course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division before applying for a real estate license. How Much Does a Nevada Real Estate License Cost?
- Salesperson license fee: $140
- Fingerprinting / background check: $60 - $68

How Long Does It Take to Get a Nevada Real Estate License?
The timeline depends mostly on how quickly you complete your pre-license education, pass the exam, complete fingerprinting, and submit your application. One important timing rule is that your original state and national passing exam results must be dated within the last 12 months when you apply.
Can I Get a Nevada Real Estate License If I’m Already Licensed in Another State?
Nevada has an official reciprocity path for a Nevada Salesperson license only.
The Salesperson requirements form lists approved reciprocal states and says qualifying out-of-state applicants must still submit the Nevada application, certified license history, fingerprint materials, and pass the Nevada state exam.
The listed reciprocal states include Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and several additional states for certain broker-level license holders seeking a reciprocal Nevada Salesperson license.
Do I Need a Sponsoring Broker for a Nevada Real Estate License?
Yes. If you want to practice as a Nevada real estate salesperson, you will need to work under a licensed broker. This is a practical step the page should make clear, even if the state’s forms focus more heavily on education, exams, fingerprints, and the application packet.
Do I Need Post-License Education in Nevada?
Yes. Nevada requires post-licensing education for first-time licensees.
For a first salesperson renewal, the official Nevada page says first-time licensees must complete 30 hours of post-licensing education.
If a first-time licensee qualifies for the exemption under NAC 645.4442(2), then post-licensing does not apply and the licensee instead completes 36 hours of continuing education.
How Often Do I Renew My Nevada Real Estate License?
Nevada real estate licenses renew by the license expiration date.
For a first salesperson renewal, the original license is valid for a one-year period ending on the last day of the month in which the license was issued, and the renewal fee is $195.
For subsequent renewals, the renewal period is 2 years, the education requirement is 36 hours of continuing education, and the renewal fee is also $195. Nevada also allows online renewal beginning 45 days before expiration.
