WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWAL
In Washington State, real estate professionals must complete continuing education (CE) requirements every two years by their license renewal deadline, which is on their birthday. Requirements vary between brokers and managing brokers:
Courses can be taken online or in person through approved providers. Ensure completion certificates are submitted to the Washington State Department of Licensing by your birthday to keep the license active.
