The Washington D.C. real estate exam is administered by PSI. Candidates may schedule their exam online by visiting the following site: https://test-takers.psiexams.com/dcre or by calling PSI at 855-557-0616.

Salesperson Examination: The exam consists of a national portion and a state portion. The national portion includes 80 questions and candidates have 120 minutes to complete it. The state portion includes 30 questions and candidates have 90 minutes to complete that portion.
Broker Examination: The exam consists of a national portion and a state portion. The national portion includes 80 questions and candidates have 120 minutes to complete it. The state portion has 40 questions and candidates have 90 minutes to complete it.
