To help you prepare for the Mississippi real state exam, we included information on how to schedule your exam, the exam’s format, and what you’ll be tested on. Now, all that's left to do is study with the best exam prep in the nation!
The Mississippi real estate exams are administered by PSI. Candidates can schedule an exam by going to the website. Candidates can also schedule exams by calling PSI at 855-557-0620.

Salesperson Examination: The exam consists of a general portion and a state portion. There are 80 questions on the general portions and candidates have 2.5 hours to complete it. The state portion has 40 questions and candidates have 1.5 hours to complete it.
Broker Examination: The exam consists of a general portion and a state portion. There are 75 questions on the general portion and candidates have 2.5 hours to complete it. The state portion has 40 questions and candidates have 1.5 hours to complete it.
The exam is multiple choice and will be given on a computer. The exam is given in the following locations: Jackson, MS, Metairie, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Memphis, TN, and Mobile, AL.
The real estate exam covers the following topics:
Salesperson Exam: A passing score on the general exam is 70% or higher. A passing score on the state exam is 75% or higher.
Broker Exam: A passing score on the general exam is 75% or higher. A passing score on the state exam is 80% or higher.
All candidates are required to provide 1 form of identification. It must contain the candidate's signature, photo, and be current. The identification can be any of the following:
