Oklahoma Real Estate Exam Prep and Crash Course

Provisional Sales Associate:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and:

• Must be sponsored by a broker
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be of good moral character
• Must complete 90 hours of approved pre-license education or 6 college credit hours in real estate
• Must complete and sign the application form
• Must submit fingerprints and pay a $60 fee for a background check via IdentoGO
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
• Must successfully pass the real estate exam
• Must complete a 45-hour post-licensing course within the first year
• Must pay the exam fee ($75) and license fee ($95)

Sales Associate Exam:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and:

• Must be sponsored by a broker
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be of good moral character
• Must complete 90 hours of approved pre-license education or 6 college credit hours in real estate
• Must complete and sign the application form
• Must submit fingerprints and pay a $60 fee for a background check via IdentoGO
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
• Must successfully pass the real estate exam
• Must pay the exam fee ($75) and license fee ($200)

Broker Exam:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be of good moral character
• Must have at least 2 years of active experience as a provisional sales associate or sales associate within the past 5 years
• Must complete 90 hours of approved broker pre-license education
• Must complete and sign the application form
• Must submit fingerprints and pay a $60 fee for a background check via IdentoGO
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
• Must successfully pass the broker real estate exam
• Must pay the exam fee ($90) and license fee ($280)

• Content: Combined National and Oklahoma State-Specific portions.​
• Total Questions: 125 multiple-choice questions (80 national, 40 state-specific, plus 5 pretest questions).​
• Time Allotment: 3 hours.​
• Format: Computer-based, multiple-choice.​

Broker Examination

• Content: Combined National and Oklahoma State-Specific portions.​
• Total Questions: 130 multiple-choice questions (80 national, 50 state-specific, plus 5 pretest questions).​
• Time Allotment: 4 hours.​
• Format: Computer-based, multiple-choice.​

  • State-Specific Portion: 40 questions
• Requirements to Pass:
  • National Portion: Answer at least 56 out of 80 questions correctly
  • State-Specific Portion: Answer at least 28 out of 40 questions correctly

Broker Exam

• Passing Score: 75%
• Exam Structure: The exam consists of two parts:
  • National Portion: 80 questions
  • State-Specific Portion: 50 questions
• Requirements to Pass:
  • National Portion: Answer at least 60 out of 80 questions correctly
  • State-Specific Portion: Answer at least 38 out of 50 questions correctly

All candidates must provide 1 form of identification. It must be valid, government-issued, and include a signature and a photograph. It must match the applicant's name on their registration. The identification can be any of the following:

• State-issued driver's license
• State-issued identification card
• US government-issued Passport
• US government-issued Military Identification card
• US government-issued Alien Registration card
• Canadian Government-issued ID
