South Dakota Real Estate Post-Licensing for Broker Associates

  • Required Hours: 30 hours of Commission-approved post-licensing education
  • Deadline: Must be completed before the first license renewal, typically within two years of initial licensure
  • Consequence of Non-Completion: Failure to complete the 30-hour requirement on time may result in the license being placed on inactive status, preventing you from legally practicing real estate
