The Wisconsin real estate exam is administered by Pearson VUE. Candidates may schedule the exam online by visiting the following site: www.pearsonvue.com/wi/realestate/. They may also call Pearson VUE at 888-204-6284.

Salesperson Examination: The exam consists of 140 questions and candidates have 4 hours to complete it.
Broker Examination: The exam consists of 100 items and candidates have 3.25 hours to complete it.
The exam is in multiple-choice format and is given by computer. It may be taken at the following locations: Ashwaubenon, Adams, Antigo, Appleton, Ashland, Beaver Dam, Brookfield, Eau Claire, Elkhorn, Fennimore, Fond du Lac, Fort Atkinson, Hayward, Kenosha, Keshena, La Crosse, Madison, Marinette, Marshfield, Medford, Mequon, Milwaukee, New Richmond, Oshkosh, Pewaukee, Phillips, Portage, Racine, Reedsburg, Rhinelander, Rice Lake, Spencer, Stevens Point, Superior, Tomah, Watertown, Wausau, West Bend, and Wisconsin Rapids.
