You’re required to renew your California real estate license every 4 years. To be eligible for continuing education courses, you must first be an active agent approaching your renewal date.

Yes, we are the only Department of Real Estate approved real estate school in California to offer a phone application for you to complete your continuing education requirements.
The department of real estate requires agents to complete their CE materials prior to their license renewal date. If an agent is unable to complete their materials in time, they need to contact the DRE and review their next steps. You have 1 year from purchase date to complete your coursework.
Students are unable to pause their course materials after they have signed up. They are given one year, from their date of registration, to complete the materials. If more time is needed, an extension/re-enrollment can be purchased for a nominal fee.
Yes, we have a complete support staff available Monday - Fridays 9:30am-5pm
The minimum credit hours to complete the continuing education requirements is 45 hours. Students will not be tracked for time on our system. Students will however have a minimum amount of time before they are able to access their exams. Students are also limited to 15 credit hours being completed within a 24 hour period. Please review our recommendation for course completion details below for more information.
US Realty Training will provide you your course completion certificate upon completion of your finished program. You will utilize the completion certificate and apply via the DRE portal.
