SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING DISCLAIMER

CA Realty Training provides supplemental training sessions that are designed to help educate students. They are not required. They are also not intended to replace the 45-hour (18-day) state requirement that students must fulfill in order to obtain their course completion certificate.

In-Class/Webinar & Online Program

Our in-class and webinar training is supplemental education to the online portal. Trainers, with experience in real estate, are hand-selected to lead every session. That means students learn under the trainer’s philosophies and are taught how to apply the course material in real-world situations. This program is designed to give you a complete perspective on real estate. The in-class and webinar training gives our students the chance to ask questions to an active real estate agent. Trainers answer student questions about the course material and what it is like to work as a real estate agent. The sessions do not cover every topic in the course’s textbooks. The trainers teach material based on their professional experience and the topic’s relevance.

Installment Plan (3-Month Payment Plan)

The installment plan option is only available for In-class and webinar training. By choosing the installment plan you agree to a $30.00 fee to be applied to the grand total. The 1st (initial) payment will be larger than the 2 remaining payments. If you purchase hard copy textbooks your 1st (initial) payment will include the full cost of shipping and tax. Payments are processed on the date of purchase not on the day you start your first month of training. (i.e. Mark registered on May 10th to begin training on August 4th. His payments will be processed on: May 10th, June 10th, and July 10th). The payments are not dependent on you attending your training sessions. If you place your in-class or webinar training on hold, payments will continue to be processed on their processing dates. Your in-class or webinar training will not be extended due to late payments (late payments equal time lost). If you do not make your payment(s) your online portal will be suspended.

Attendance Policy

In-class and webinar training is purely supplemental; attendance is not mandatory. Your in-class and webinar training must be taken the months you have purchased. Your training is for 3 consecutive months (i.e. March 10th start, training is selected for March, April, and May.) If you need to adjust your training schedule, please call us prior to your training beginning and we can adjust your schedule. If no contact has been made by a student to place training on hold, it is assumed that the student has attended those selected months. It is not sufficient to let your trainer know you will be missing sessions, you must notify the Headquarters via email (support@carealtytraining.com).

If you are on an installment plan, and a payment goes unpaid, you are not eligible to attend training.

Once your month(s) of in-class training has(ve) been completed, you are no longer eligible to attend the in-class training for future month(s) without a valid proof of absence or additional purchase. If you have a valid reason to be absent, you will need to email our headquarters with  proof of the following:

  1. Extensive medical emergency (e.g. doctor's note or discharge papers)
  2. Family emergency
  3. Conflicting travel plan(s) (e.g. flight itinerary)
  4. Conflicting work schedule (e.g. shift schedule proof)

If you feel you have another valid reason that doesn't fall under these categories, please email it with proof and we will evaluate it on a one-off basis.

All information, evidence, and approval must be completed at least 1-week prior to the month of training you would like to re-enroll in.

Online & Videos Program

The course videos are pre-recorded sessions of in-class training. The trainer, with experience in real estate, has been hand-selected to lead the video sessions. That means students learn under the trainer’s philosophies and are taught how to apply the course material in real-world situations. The videos are designed to give you a complete perspective on real estate and do not cover every topic in the course’s textbooks. No refunds will be provided for course video purchases.
