How to Renew Your Connecticut Real Estate License (2026 Guide)

Connecticut renews real estate licenses every two years, in even-numbered years. The part that trips people up: salespersons and brokers expire on completely different dates, and your continuing education is due three months before your license expires, on a separate cycle.
