Once the Board approves your application, you will receive authorization to schedule your exam through PSI Services, a leading third-party exam administrator. You will then create your PSI account to select your testing date and location.

- Application Fee: $31 (Paid via eLIPSE).
- Examination Fee: $54 (Paid to PSI).
- Licensing Fee: When you pass the exam, you must pay a licensing fee to receive your license on-site. This fee is pro-rated based on your birth month and typically ranges from $103 to $150.

However, every retake comes with an exam cost of $54. If a candidate does not pass the exam within 2-years, they will have to retake the pre-licensing education at an accredited real estate school in Massachusetts.
