Stephen T. Webb has been a licensed realtor since 1998 and has won numerous awards in the business of real estate. He is a past member of the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) at Keller Williams Realty and was also the President of the Sacramento Realtist Association from 2008-2010 and on the Board of Directors from 2004-2011. Stephen was the Realtist of the year in 2003 and 2009. In 2005, Stephen served in different leadership roles for the NAACP Sacramento Branch which includes Housing Chair in 2005, 1st Vice President in 2013 and President from 2014-2017. Stephen has been a Master Realtor three times with (SAR) Sacramento Association of Realtors and on their Board of Directors from 2008-2010, 2013, and 2016. He received the Person of the Year Award in 2014 from the Sacramento Observer. Stephen has experience in property management, trust, probate, short sales and residential properties. Currently, Stephen teaches Practice/Principles/Finance for CA Realty Training.
