The Crash Course & Exam Prep packages do not qualify you to take the state exam. You must complete 3 pre-licensing courses first before you can apply for the exam and your license. All of our pre-licensing packages include a state exam prep and special discount pricing on our cram course!

Dive deep into the state exam concepts and vocabulary in this 2-Day intensive cram course led by an accomplished realtor. You’ll review what you’ll likely see on the state exam, go over sample questions, and have the opportunity to get your questions answered. You’ll also have access to the State Exam Prep to take unlimited & customizable practice exams and test yourself on key terms with our digital flashcards.
*While the live crash course is a rigorous 2-day course over a weekend, you'll also receive 2 months of access to the online crash course material. This includes the same PPT slides used by your trainer in the live crash course, unit quizzes, and a downloadable crash course packet.

Crash Course Videos* are accessible for 2 months and State Exam Prep for 6 months from purchase date with the option to extend.
Dive deep into the state exam concepts and vocabulary in this Professionally-Recorded Version of our cram course. In these videos that equate to 16 hours of content, you’ll review what you’ll likely see on the state exam, go over sample questions, and be able to stop and start the videos as many times as you need. You’ll also have access to the State Exam Prep to take unlimited & customizable practice exams and test yourself on key terms with our digital flashcards.
*Once you open the online crash course material, you'll receive 2 months of access to watch the crash course videos as many times as you need, review PPT slides, take unit quizzes, and download a crash course packet to take notes in.
